Any news on the new Stadium?
In theory it should be ready before next season but this is Italy, remember - delays and strikes are notoriously common.
I know what the plan was but I am keen to see some recent photos.
If anybody has any updates or photos on this, please post them.

A friend of mine has bought a brick with his name written on it next to one of the gates. I think it is Buffon's gate or something else that has to do with Buffon in the stadium. Really neat idea. Juve is always way ahead of every other club in Italy. It is gonna pay off soon.

Something along the lines of famous players having stars engraved around the floor outside the stadium. You could spend 300-500 euros to get your name put into a star, as well, nearby the player of your pick.

The new stadium looks great by the way, a true English style stadium but with a bit more class. Should be intimidating enough for away sides.

I saw one animated picture of the stadium where freaking poles in the corners of the stadium were stabalizing the roof and were interfering with the view of the spectators. I really hope they won't be there in the end. Modern stadiums don't have these kind of things.
Aprt from that our stadium really looks cool. I also like that they seem to cooperate a lot with high profile designers to bring a certain style to stadium and how they create hype for the stadium with all those videos, animations, websites and the star thingy. Good job.

This is the one thing Blanc got right.
So we're going to be the first team in Italy to own their own stadium, correct?

Indeed. It'll remain that way for quite a few years, too, as no other team even has solid plans for their own grounds (lots of talk, but that's it).

I'd advise Catenaccio to buy the november issue of Hurra Juventus. Big article with updates and photos of the stadium inside.

Looks rather impressive and much more compact than the previous and shortening the capacity to just above 40.000 was a good move to make the stadium look more full in most games even if in the big games you could probably get above 50.000
