Hungary vs. Russia (3rd March)

Well, I'd be interested who starts in goal. With Fülop back on the bench as Gordon returns in goal. Are we going to build up for the Euros with Király back in goal? Or give Köteles a chance?

Whatever happens Koman needs to start! After what he did at the U20 world cup, with the U21s and getting into the Bari team, he deserves it. I can't imagine anyone would disagree with me on this one.

But what I'm most interested about is Vass, if he doesn't get a recall then I don't know what's going on in Koeman's head.

The players I'd certainly like to see start.

Torghelle

Huszti would also have been included, but with the Russian league not starting until 12th March then I guess he won't be included.

I don't expect Németh to be fit.

Gera won't be selected of course, just like Babos. That's why I'm considering Köteles, who is playing for Genk now. In his last game he kept a clean sheet against Club Brugge

Well he said he'll "szívesen" play in the NT again, just not with Koeman as manager.

So I can see him returning in the future.

Cheers! Sounds a bit mardarsey to me. He was benched, rightly or wrongly but You take it don't You and try to win Your place back? It probably lies deeper than that but on the face of it, that's the way it looks to me.

He hadn't done much before this happened, so you could make the case he deserved to get benched, but it clearly is more complicated than that.

Should Koeman test Köteles? or go with Király? or forget his rule about players having to play regularly at their clubs and go with Fülöp?

I think you're a lost cause

Stieber has done little to warrant a call up right now.

I'm just hoping for a good game of football here. Both nations like to play attractive football so hopefully we'll see a good display of skill and attack.

Definitely Fulop, he's by far our best keeper. With Gulacsi as his back up, he was excellent in the U-20 tournament!

Fulop of course..he's the best we've got (although I really know nothing about Koteles). Gulacsi behind him. Calling Kiraly is just a joke, what for he's not part of the future..

Simply because when he was called up to the senior NT before under Várhidi, he only had 2 bad games! that is exceptional for such a young player. Compare that to someone who is a bit older, say Tőzsér Dániel, he only had two good games

Plus, he is one of the midfielders who is playing regularly. Unlike Vadócz and Varga. Also Dárdai, but his time has good anyway.
