read some of the posts on the site. I blame army service, and a lack of discipline....

Sweden 0-2 Israel, 75th Minute
38' B. Natcho
64' I. Vered
Clearly a must-win game. After losing a to Sweden at home, our players seem to be on a vendetta mission lol.
If this result holds, we're back in the picture for qualification. We will need to beat Montenegro at home and hope Bulgaria stuns Sweden in the last round.

Sweden 1-2 Israel, FT
Our boys don't quit. I wish the Senior team could have the same mentality. The difference between the senior and U-21 squad is that the U-21 can deal with pressure. Now, we got to beat Montenegro.

We have the tie-breaker over Sweden so if we beat Montenegro and Sweden loses in Bulgaria, Israel finishes in 1st place.

Was taking a look at the lienup of our U-21 in this game against Sweden.
Ariel Harush; Dor Malul, Din Mori, Rami Guershon, Ben Harush; Nir Biton, Bibras Natkho, Idan Vered, Maor Buzaglo, Elroy Cohen, Victor Merei.
It is a very good team
Balanced and with qualities. Our defensive lineup could be with our senior squad including Ariel Harush as reserve keeper to Aouate.
In midfield Natkho as I have been saying for decades MUST be in our senior team playing alongside Kiyal. Buzaglo would add another spark for our team. Refaelov in the left, Benayoun in the middle, Buzaglo on the right with Shechter upfront being munitiated by Natkho and Kiyal looks a very solid lineup.

Buzaglo actually had a pretty quiet game against Shvedia, the only thing he did was get a header on goal. Every time he ran down the wing Shvedia put two defenders on him.

Exactly because they know the potential he has.

So if Israel win the game against Montengero, which will happens, and if Bulgaria did NOT win against Sweden. Would Israel still be able to qualified as one of its top 4 second ranked teams? Or not enough for goals difference and etc?

Let's just say the only realistic way is Sweden loose and we win, then we go from the first place.
Right now only 4 2nd places advance, and we're placed 8/10.. so that means we need 4 other teams fvcking up and having the results being exactly to our favor in order to get in the top 4, and it's very unrealistic.
Dick will make you slap somebody
Don't nobody go in the bathroom, for about.... 35, 45 minutes

Israel beat Montenegro 5-0 at Rishon LeZion, but it wasn`t enough for the U-21 to qualify.

They weren't that close to qualify. They were tied for the last spot with Iceland but Iceland had a +18 and Israel had a +10. The only thing I don't understand is how the hell did Iceland qualify!?!? They have half the population of Malta.
