When do the stores start their Christmas decorating? I was tentatively planning a London trip next December including Christmas shopping and advent services at one of the cathedrals. Would there be decorations to see during all of December?

Some people really take it too far, some people round our area must use 50 sets of christmas lights with inflatable santa's, snowmen etc. Some of the Houses look like the UFO out of close encounters or LSD wonderland.

I don't live in Melbourne ... south of the city, in ********* ... a Melbournian suburb.

I put Melbourne for the sake of comprehension, no one's heard of *********.

And no, I haven't met any of them.

If I got five cents each time I got asked a Neighbours-related question, I'd be a very rich man.

Ok, this is a map of the Melbourne train line ... it's not to scale, but you can see where ********* is located in relation to the city itself. ********* is down the bottom on the Frankston line ... to get to the city, you must exit at one of the stations in the city loop.

Is that sarcasm, or pure sincerity?

Not sure, never been there.

Did you notice Batman? It's north of the city.
