Speaking of that Poletanovic kid from Vojvodina who has really been impressive throughout the winter-break preparations - he scored a goal for the Serbian U19 team against Luxembourg's U19 a couple days ago in Serbia's 3-1 win. Apparently his goal was a cracker from 20m out.

U17's about to start their elite round qualifiers. They'll be played in the East of Holland. Bit far for me, but maybe not for Krajo as Venray is close to Nijmegen?

Thnx for the headsup Schijndel is half a hour from my Home. Its the notorious place from the New kids movies.

Im pretty sure Ill watch at least the game against Holland.

By the way Krle you should come to at least the Serbia Holland game. Schijndel is near Den Bosch which is a 50-60 min with train from Rotterdam. We will make a banner and leave the players perplexed

Holland beat Albania 4-0 and we play the Albanians next. Only the top team qualifies, so hopefully we think of the goal difference and put in a few extra!

Subs that came on: 16 Zivkovic 17 Lekovic

Good to see the Swiss Serb kid from Tottenham in there and starting already. Jaksic played at the last U17 EC with Djora, while we all know Filip Jankovic. Other 'rated' kids from what I gather are Sakic, Simic (both Zvezda) and Zdjelar (OFK).

Jokic scored the only goal in the 66th minute.

We should definitely commit penalties against Netherlands though and give them to Tony as well as their captain, Ake. They both missed their attempts against Albania, must've played quite well.

Btw, our boys were saved by Rajković the keeper. He saved a penalty with two minutes left.

I'm expecting a full match report tomorrow from the Dutch fellas (yes I'm looking at you Krle and KrasijnikNL) as we, Serbia play that nation south west of us starting with the first letter of the alphabet, tomorrow at 15:00 local time.

IDEMO! KIDAMO!

And let's hope the Irish takes some points off the Dutch. Unlikely, but let's hope so.
