Milan have announced that Vikash Dhorasoo will not be sold during the January transfer window.
The Frenchman has been linked with a New Year exit but the club insist he will remain at the San Siro.
"Milan have never discussed the sale of Vikash Dhorasoo," the club confirmed on their website.
"Dhorasoo has not been included in any transfer negotiations because the Frenchman is not for sale."
The 31-year-old was signed by the Italian champions in the summer after his contract at Lyon expired.
Reports yesterday suggested that Portuguese giants Benfica were keen on snapping him up after Christmas.
However, the player now looks likely to remain after rediscovering some form in the last three weeks.

Inter Milan in Benfica talks over Luisao
tribalfootball.com - December 2, 2004
Inter Milan are in talks with Benfica over defender Luisao.
The Brazil international is a top target for Inter, as confirmed by Benfica coach Giovanni Trapattoni last week.
Deportivo La Coruna and Tottenham have also been mentioned by Luisao's agent, but Inter are leading the chase and have already discussed potential player swaps with the Portuguese.
Trapattoni is keen on Marco Materazzi and Giorgis Karagounis and has asked to have them included in any deal that will see Luisao move to the San Siro next season.
Italian champions Milan have reportedly offered Atletico Madrid the services of Manuel Rui Costa.
The ‘AS’ newspaper suggests that the midfielder could complete a switch during the January transfer window.
Rui Costa is said to be unhappy with life on the Rossoneri bench and is willing to leave the outfit.
The Portuguese ace has been relegated to the sidelines for the past 18 months following the arrival of Kaka.
Milan chief Adriano Galliani has allegedly already spoken to the Spanish side to make initial enquiries.
The two clubs have an excellent relationship after the deals involving Jose Mari, Javi Moreno, Cosmin Contra and Fabricio Coloccini in the past five years.
However, it is unclear whether Rui Costa would be willing to move to La Liga in the New Year.
The creative player has always insisted that he would like to end his career with former club Benfica.
The ex-Fiorentina hero is now 32 and is tied to the Italian giants until the summer of 2006.
Milan are still in the running for Brazilian prodigy Robinho and his Selecao teammate Marcos Cafu has begged the club to make a move.
“Whoever snaps up Robinho will be making the deal of a lifetime,” said the fullback. “He is a great champion who really can make the difference in any team.”
The Santos youngster was voted Brazilian Player of the Year by local newspaper ‘Placar’ last week and has been tracked by every major European club, including Real Madrid, Inter and Chelsea.
He won’t leave his current side until June due to the Copa Libertadores, but the transfer market is wide open after a pre-contract agreement with Benfica was declared “without worth” by Robinho’s agent.
Figo on outer as Real Madrid's Luxemburgo prefers Beckham
tribalfootball.com - January 4, 2005
Luis Figo is being linked with a move away from Real Madrid this year.
The Portugal international's contract expires in 2006 and he is yet to hear from Real president Florentino Perez about a new deal.
DiarioSport says Figo is upset with Perez as he has been ignored while the likes of Roberto Carlos and Zinedine Zidane have been signed to new deals over the past 12 months.
Its been suggested new coach Wanderlei Luxemburgo intends to play David Beckham in Figo's position on the right-side of midfield for the second-half of the season, with part of the reason being he doesn't regard the Portuguese as a long-term option.
Figo declared last summer that if he didn't receive a new contract offer from Real by December that he would start looking for a new club.
Bruno Aguiar being rumored with Beira-Mar.
Carlos Alberto will join Corinthians but its not completely official so Ill keep it here.
Ali is in the grasp of either Beira-Mar or Gil Vicente.

Chievo have reportedly signed Brazilian goalkeeper Julio Cesar on loan from Inter, while the Nerazzurri bid for Benfica defender Luisao.
The former Flamengo shot-stopper is considered to be a promising talent, but has not played for over a month following the end of the South American season.
Inter are unable to register another non-EC player, so they have decided to send Julio Cesar out to Chievo for the next six months.
“I am relieved that he has found a club,” commented Selecao boss Carlos Alberto Parreira. “It is important that players who want to be part of the Brazilian national side maintain their activity at club level.”
However, Julio Cesar faces stiff competition from current Chievo goalkeeper Luca Marchegiani, a former Italian international.
It's the second major signing Chievo have made this week after picking up Perugia defender Massimiliano Fusani on loan.
Meanwhile, Inter are keeping busy with a reported bid for another Brazilian starlet. Luisao is of interest to several top sides around Europe, but latest rumours suggest the 23-year-old Benfica man is close to agreeing terms with the Nerazzurri for around £4m plus a player.

Derlei leads Dinamo influx
Monday, 10 January 2005
FC Dinamo Moskva have continued signing talent from Portuguese football by completing deals for the FC Porto striker Derlei and three other SuperLiga players.
European honours
The 29-year-old Brazilian has moved along with his compatriot and Porto team-mate Thiago da Silva and teenage SC Braga forward Cicero. Derlei, who scored the silver goal winner in the 2002/03 UEFA Cup final against Celtic FC and the only goal of last season's UEFA Champions League semi-final defeat of RC Deportivo La Coruña, cost the Muscovites €7m.
Further signings
The 20-year-old Thiago agreed a four-year deal having only recently moved permanently from EC Juventude to Porto for €2.5m after a spell on loan. Meanwhile. 18-year-old Brazilian Cicero has signed a three-year contract with the option of a one-season extension after a €3.5m switch.
Friendly appearance
Dinamo coach Oleg Romantsev, who fielded Thiago and Cicero in a friendly against FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, said: "The new players have shown that signing them was not a mistake - each of them can strengthen Dinamo." The Russian side last week signed Danny from Sporting Clube de Portugal and Boavista FC midfielder Nuno Frechaut
Portuguese full-back Luis Abel Xavier has signed a five-month contract with Italian giants Roma.
The 32-year-old, who has been on trial with the Giallorossi, will net himself £140,000 and has the option of extending his stay for another year at the end of the season.
The right-back was without a team after he ended his stay with German outfit Hannover in July.
Xavier, who played for his country at Euro 2000, already has Serie A experience as he appeared for little Bari in the 1995-96 season.
He’s also enjoyed spells across Europe with Galatasaray, Liverpool, Everton, PSV Eindhoven, Oviedo, Benfica and Estrela Amadora.
