Since UEFA has been getting on our back about making quicker progress I decided it was time ;)

so two stadiums finished for EURO Kharkiv and Donbass Arena. New logo - which I like, the presentation is really professional IMO. I liked the whole 3 min video, even if it was a little tedious at the beginning.

Does anyone have any detailed pics of the stadium in Lviv? I've seen one small image of it, but nothing to really go by...if there are some plan pictures, seating layouts, or a few exterior shots anyone has seen, can you guys post them up? Would be greatly appreciated.

B.S. that Donetsk gets 5 games along with Kyiv, good enough they get a semifinal, that city isn't special enough to be a centerpiece like that. Disgusting decision by all in charge, Lviv or Kharkiv should have gotten the other quarterfinal that's garbage!

yeah and overall Ukraine got a better deal than Poland - so no complaints can be had I think. Personally, one of the 1/4finals I would have preferred to be in either Lviv or Kharkov, but you figure they are both much smaller in comparison to the other arenas.

The fact that Ukraine play only one group game in Kyiv (the openner) is a bit of a shock. Playing two games in Dontesk? er...I don't know how that will bode for us...

Yea me and some friends are planning on going. We were just talking about it after soccer yesterday, and my buddy called me today and said he already registered. Same thing with me, thinking about 2 games MAYBE 3. Want to go to a Ukraine game in Kyiv and then a game in Lviv preferably a big name team.

I must say I'm quite impressed how big progress in own preparations did Ukraine in the last months. There's no problem with stadiums and training bases for teams, also I saw some investments in the municipal transport domain and it seems all from airports which are under construction will be ready on E2012's time. That's simply all from the most important things which both countries must do to organize this.

Poland obviously must financing own stadiums without any EU help, but so many other investments like airports, railways or municipal transport have already had a financial support from this organization. So I was worried if Ukraine will be perceived as a country which is worse prepared to organize such big tournament, because you don't have such privileges. But it seems in many domains your country will be even better prepared than we'll be.

I'm sure everyone is aware of the amazing work being done at both Kyiv and Lviv. Both stadiums will be ready by next month (October). Great stuff.

Minor issue - don't like how both of the aforementioned stadiums are using the same seat-colour pattern...just lacks a bit of personality, even if the two arenas look completely different externally.
