I was just wondering how popular Gotye is in Belgium (mainly Flanders i guess).

He only really hit the Aussie scene this year with "Somebody that i used to know" but i see some of his older songs hit the charts in Belgium.

I personally love "Hearts a Mess" by him. Great Song.

There's this long radio documentary with him - Voetbal is mijn leven: 70 jaar Rik De Saedeleer. Really interesting. I've only listened to the first part so far where he talks about his life as a child. He explains how for a Holland-Belgium game, there was one guy in his town who had a radio. That guy had made up a big sign looking like a football field, and while he was listening to the radio commentary, with the whole town standing there watching him, he would point on the sign where exactly he believed the ball was that very moment. Must've been hilarious stuff.
