Can anyone provide the actual spelling, and what "meh-roon" means? And possibly include some new cheers (besides Visca Barca!) for me to pick up next time round!

Damn I gotta make a trip to Catalunya!
I'm guessing you heard: Oh le le, oh la la.. ser del barça es el millor que hi ha.. (Olele Olala.. to support barça is the best thing there is..)
Here's how to sing it (start after 15 seconds or so.. )

Thanks totow! Will start learning that!

Just picked this up from a friend:

LIONEL MESSI'S HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO DURING THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

POLICE WILL BE QUESTIONING THE MANCHESTER UNITED MIDFIELD ABOUT THEIR WHEREABOUTS BETWEEN 7.55PM AND 10PM THAT EVENING...

Not perfect, I know, but at least they (should) have the right cups.

What an effort our team put on! Can't even be described by words in the english language. From front to back in our team, from Jorquera and Caceres to Messi and Iniesta, from Benidorm away to the CL final in Rome...everyone made their contribution into making this season probably the best this club has ever had.

I can't help but think of Johan Cruyffs words in El Periodico on Sunday saying "Barca shouldn't come into this match thinking it's an obligation to win, they should see it as a bonus and play relaxed", he was spot on...not so much in our case as more in Uniteds case. When Eto'o scored the first goal the first thing Vidic did after when getting the ball at his feet was giving it to us in form of a corner, Anderson lost the ball, Park lost the ball, Ferdinand couldn't pass the ball...their whole team had a mental block, probably because of the fact that Johan pointed out. They were so pressured into doing something that no team has ever done that they collapsed and lost 70 % of their capability, Barca on the other hand listened probably to Pep and were told that they already won the double and now had no more stress to win anything else, thay played relaxed and won with incredibly style and flair.

The most striking thing however is playing with that backline like that and playing with 7 homegrown players. It can't be described in this day and age what an big acchievement that is. In this money grabbing, gold diggin' football era we face, with Yanks taking over teams and sheiks trying to outbid everyone and luring them with money...playing with Busquets in midfield (and Muniesa on the bench) was a wonderfull payback and statement to the world that you can play on your principles and stand by them to win. This was the biggest victory we won.

Every expert looked at Man U vs Barca as a player vs player match and said that Barca would lose becuase we only had better players than them on a couple of positions, not even mentioning the bench, they all forgot that football is a team sport, where you never lose a match or win a match just by one man. Pep proved them wrong again.

Another striking thing is winning so many titles with such a little squad, we only played about 15 players regularly. We must say that we were very fortunate to have gotten this far, alot of thanks need to go the medical staff and technical for this.

And then something about Pique. I was against this kid during the summer because he left us, but boy did he prove me wrong. What an developement he's had, he was one of the best players on the field in Rome and outshone Rio and Vidic by a mile, that we bought him for 4 million euros makes everything even sweeter...with all that said, I wonder how Fabregas would develope with us. I don't think it would be the same, I don't get the same feelings from Cesc torwards Barcelona as I do with Pique, but you never know what Cesc under the coaching of his idol would do.

Pep should just resign for next season (), becuase matching this will be a feat never witnessed before in football (maybe bigger even than Helenio and Rinus feats). Winning the treble once more, while winning another 3 titles on top of that I would say almost can't be done. It can only go downhill from here

This season tested the quality of this squad, next year will be testing the winning mentality of this squad. We all know winning a title is hard, but keeping it is even harder, and surpassing it even harder than that. Next year we'll see how stubborn our players are to winning it all, all over again. No team has ever done that (winning all 6 titles), it's going to take alot, twice as much as it took this year.

This summer is the first time in many season that I'm actually looking forward to the silly season. We'll need players to help out for next year if we wan't the "sexable" (is this the right term for winning 6 titles?). Ribery would be a dream, but a hard one considering Zidane trying to catch him to Madrid.

For next year we need to enlarge the squad, and bring in quality players. I'm already looking forward to the pre-season seeing Gai, Muniesa, Thiago, maybe Ribery, Henrique and maybe some other signings.

BTW: Sylvinho should get a contract extension if he's thinking about leaving us for another club, he should stay here one more season. Like I said, one player dosen't kill nore save a team, and Sylvinho another more year wouldn't kill us in any way. His tears have spoken, let him stay one more season until he retires.

Thanks for an incredible season Barca!!

Well if you have a bad day in a CL final then you don't deserve squat anyway. The true greats rise to the occasion; not falter like that even having conceded.

Just excuses.

That's what the English always do. They put the blame on someone/something and close their eyes for the facts. Arrogant pricks.
