Juventus - Udinese

It's on Sunday, so we had better start discussing already. We have too many injuries, but DP's return might boost us. Goal.com predicts that Alex would start, although I personally doubt it (unless he is really physically fit).

On the other hand, I've heard Udinese are not in great shape either and have many players sidelined. All in all, we need to beat them at home.

We haven't that many injured players. Let's recap, 100% sidelined for Sunday are Trezeguet, Iaquinta and Salihamidzic. What about Marchisio? Did he get hurt again? Despite the injury reports, nothing official on Melo either asaik.

Buffon
Grygera Cannavaro Chiellini Grosso
Sissoko Melo/Poulsen
Camoranesi Diego Giovinco
Amauri

DP to come on in 2nd half.

In fact, I saw an article saying that Marchisio was returning. If you are right, then we definitely have the squad to beat Udinese.

Heard that Marchisio got injured again ..

Oh well, this match marks the comeback of IL CAPITANO after 3 months .. should play imo, especially that Trez is out for a month and Iaquinta didn't recover yet.

I hope we are in better shape than after the last international break. We have to win. It's quite simple.

Squad for tomorrow's match from Football Italia:

"Tiago is out after picking up an ankle problem on international duty, joining Claudio Marchisio and Jonathan Zebina on the sidelines. Momo Sissoko makes his comeback.

Juventus: Buffon, Caceres, Chiellini, Felipe Melo, Cannavaro, Grosso, Del Piero, Amauri, Chimenti, Manninger, Camoranesi, Poulsen, Molinaro, Giovinco, Grygera, Sissoko, Ariaudo, Diego, De Ceglie, Legrottaglie, Immobile"

Only makes sense if it's:

Caceres, Canna, Chiello, Grosso - Melo, Sissoko/Poulsen - Camo, Diego, Gio - Amauri

with Ale relieving one of the "3" in the 2nd half. Momo may not be match-fit yet. If all goes well, other second half subs: Poulsen/Sissoko, and Immobile to lessen our only available prima punta's chances of injury

Excited for the game tonight. I'm glad that we have scored a lot lately, I recon the pressure on DP to be a savior would have been to much otherwise.

Udinese has lost a lot up front this season, a pity really, it was a team that had potential.

Ale is starting on the bench, better to be safe then sorry. Hope we are up by few goals when he gets in. And hopefully can get a full comeback against Bordeaux who are missing Gourcuff and possibly Chamakh.

Yeah, him and any offensive player of ours getting near their box is double teamed. Its like some kind of magic trick, extra Udinese defender popping out from nowhere

But Melo's awful awful passing is continuing on. Its best we score from a set piece or such to get it going, this team dont stop lately if they get 1 goal first.
