Fiorentina 2-3 Parma (Gilardino [2])
We are still without Mutu and Gamberini, and from what I heard Jovetic is still injured so we're going to start with a sole Gila upfront.
I guess it will be another Vargas show then...
Monto is also suspended for this match, so we're looking at a Donadel - Zanetti pairing.
Parma themselves look pretty good but their track record in away matches this season isn't good, so we still have a good chance of getting the 3 points. I'm not sure how much effort we should expend here though, we have a much more important match against Lyon coming up.

Parma is gonna fuck up Fiorentina I'm afraid.

They have Bojinov, so I don't really see how that is even possible...
Their attack is average while our defense is second best in Serie A after Bari!
I'm betting on a 3-1 for us. One scored by the Bulgarian.

It won't be easy at all, we are missing too many players, while Parma seems indeed strong!

I don't know what that is supposed to mean. Bojinov has been excellent this season.
We have been without two key players in Biabiany and especially Mariga for several weeks and are still getting results.
I think you win 80% of the time but I think there is an outside chance we could snatch a draw.

I'm glad to hear about Bojinov's performance. I think we should have sold Pazzini and kept him instead back when they both were playing for us.
Anyway, what's the situation with your team? Any important missing players? I heard Paloschi wasn't called up for the match? How good was he so far?
I certainly fear your counter attacks.

Jovetic hasn't trained properly because of pain, and even the clash agaisnt Lyon isn't sure.
And we miss so many players, Gamberini, Krodlrup, Montolivo, Mutu, Jovetic, and also Zanetti and Santana aren't fully fit, damn it

Well I read yesterday that Prandelli was very instrumental in the bojinov transfer as he recommended him to parma and told them to get him.
He KNEW he was gonna have a great season. Bojinov also acknowledged Prandelli as an amazing coach and person (think i read all this in a bulgarian sports website but im not sure)... During his time with Fiorentina he was way too young and immature. Fiorentina should not have sold him tho, they should have loaned him out for a few season. Anyway as a Bulgarian and a serie a fan im really happy bojinov is doing well in parma and i hope he stays in italy where he belongs

Indeed. This is no easy match. We have always been able to beat them in recent seasons but I don't see how this one is going to be easy.

I'm pissed off about some of refs decisions, but Parma deserved it. They found so many holes in our defense

How well did Parma play? Is it good enough to watch the recorded match or should I just skip it?

You should probably skip it. They didn't play great football. Our defense was miserable. It was sad to see Dainelli and Natali running behind Parma forwards like amateur players. Without Gambo our defense is shit, and a big team like ours shouldn't have those problems. And Castillo... come on

I thought that Parma is normal team after going ahead but seeing them only whining and crying after each tackle by Viola players sucked hard
Btw, when was last time scored from corner? Looks that it was long time ago
May the Violet flag flutter in the wind on all fields of challenge and valour, a vivid hope is our solace, we have eleven athletes and one heart. Go, Fiorentina, we want you to be the queen of all teams, go, Fiorentina, fight with bravery and prowess everywhere! In any hour of dismay and victory, remember you're the history of football!

And that cúnt Comotto is the typical fair play-man? Admit that we deserved the win and you are a team with a weak bench. Natali and Castillo would have problems to get time on the pitch in Livorno or Siena.

Why should I?
Shots 14 - 7
Shots on goal 10 - 4
Crosses 10 - 1
Corners 10 - 4
Possession 68 - 32%
Deserved win? You were just lucky and that's far from deserved win.

What we have to admit is that our defense, despite beeing the second best in serie A, is very weak. Natali couldn't be slower and Dainelli is too inconsistent. It is a shame for us to have such a good team and such an irregular defense. We cannot do it without Gambo cause Per and Natali are mid-table team players and, as I said, Dainelli is far from beeing a solid and consistent CB.
