Just as the store was closing up and Paul left with his order, a thunderous noise could be heard from above. It was deafening and so intense, Marie was left with a persistent buzz ringing in her ears. Rushing outdoors she detected the source of the sound from directly up above her - and looking up, she could hardly believe her eyes.
