Hello everybody

Hi! It's been already a couple of weeks that I post in the forum but hadn't introduced yet.

I'm Italian but I live in France (Paris), I'm a great passionate of ancient football (it's the first post I'm doing outside the "History of football" section lol) and also have a personal blog about ancient football (this one, but the articles are written in Italian, I'm sorry!).

I'm 29 years old and my favourite player between those that I personally saw is Ronaldinho (Roberto Baggio and Andrea Pirlo being my favourite Italians). Fan of FC Barcelona and AC Fiorentina.

And I'm sorry for my poor English, I'm better at Italian and French

PS: my nickname is taken from the great Matthias Sindelar, but I suppose that you already know him very well!

History of art, principally (also have a Facebook page about art with almost 90,000 fans lol, but it's been some months that I don't have anymore the time to take care of that).

Yes, classic movies too and some music (1960 and '70's rock, 1930's jazz...).

I saw a silent movie last night from 1930, City Girl by F.W. Murnau. Do you know this ?

No, I've seen other Murnau's films (Nosferatu, Faust, Sunrise and a couple of others), but not this one. He was great. And he died very young I think.

I highly recommend City Girl I got it on bluray, apparently owning physical copies of movies nowadays makes me weird. But the restoration looks amazing.

Lol, I think you're even more enthusiast of the cinema than me (well, of the actual me). I still love cinema but don't watch often movies anymore (but I've watched an enormous amount of films some years ago, even a lot of silent ones). My Christmas has been the NBA match between Cleveland Cavs and Golden State Warriors

Ah, I watched that match too. I couldn't believe the Warriors lost it, they were in control for the most part. Durant had an excellent match, though Curry was poor.

I think Golden State is obviously the best team in terms of potential, but have a lack of mentality; we all remember how they lost the last year Finals, from 3-1 to 3-4. And Curry had the most disappointing performances of the Finals. Yesterday it was almost the same: always apparently in control of the match, they started the last period at +13 I think, and they lost. It's a sort of lack of concentration in the focus moments.

Anyway, yesterday it was just for the honor and the moral, but at the end of the season, after the Finals (whoever will win the title), no-one will be interested about who won this December regular season match.
